Ingredients:
-Mochi Cover-
Glutinous rice flour 100g
Milk 80g
-Filling-
Red bean
Water
Sugar
Honey
Oil
How to do it:
For Filling:
1. Soak red ben in the water by a night.
2. Discard the water
3. Cook the red bean until it become soft enough then add some sugar.
4. Put the red bean fillings into a pot and fry them until dried enough to make a little round.
5. The amount is up to you.
For Mochi Cover:
1. Mix glutinous rice flour and milk evenly.
2. Use microwave oven or steam cooker make it become solid (or say chewy)
How to make it:
1. Spread some potato Starch on the plate as keanding flour to prevent sticking.
2. Use plastic gloves or plastic bag as a cover and spread some oil on it to prevent sticking.
3. Grab a little round of mochi and flat it into a small pieces.
4. Put the red beans fillings round into the flat mochi skin and cover.
5. Then it’s done.
